I would like to personally thank and praise a member of front desk staff Mr Akshay who has been extremely polite and helpful, he went out of the way to help not only us but the other guests around as well. If it was in my hand I would definitely nominate him for an award/promotion for being so polite and helpful, the hotel management should be aware that due to this individual, your guests will be so pleased and i m sure they will chose your hotel again and recommend it for other people to stay. All other members of the staff were very polite and helpful.

Staff at the check in was very helpful and friendly. We had booked a small room which had everything we needed. Hotel is right across Milano Central train station and a parking garage is nearby for 25€ day/night. Would recommend staying at this hotel, we even extended one more night :)

Nice, clean room with very comfortable beds. Very well equipped, spacious bathroom. Breakfast with a good selection in the somewhat hectic, narrow breakfast room. The location of the hotel is very convenient, right next to the main train station and two subway lines, you can reach the city center in just a few minutes. There are also some nice restaurants and bars nearby.

I like the huge variety of the breakfast. You could find salty and sweet things, even 3 types of milk. The room was for a single traveller big enough. The bed was comfortable and the shower amazing. The location is perfect you can find easily everything in the surrounding and there is a very good connection to means of transportation.

The hotel was good, very comfortable and clean rooms enough space for facilities and you can go to the metro station just by walk. Duomo is 3 stops by underground.

Excellently located for access to transport to each of the airports and for the metro. Staff very welcoming. Room a good size and well equipped. Breakfast had good range of choices and very good coffee. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We’d recommend the little bar just by the hotel (turn left as you exit the hotel) for a glass of wine after a days sightseeing and before heading out for dinner.

We loved absolutely EVERYTHING!!! Lucia and her entire staff were awesome! Breakfast was lovely wuth so many nice choices and the young lady that "works" in the restaurant area couodn't have been more delightful! Walk to the train station! And a fantastic restaurant right across the street too! Highly recommend but....make sure you stay in the main building and pay a little more (not an economy room in Dependance which is in a different building and the rooms are not updated) Just my suggestion and opinion of course!!

This hotel made my stay in Milan. It was our first trip to this city, and I am very glad that we have chosen this place to stay. Very close to the train station and maximum 10-minute walk to the train to any direction. It was super clean, and the paid breakfast was really worthwhile for our entire family. Staff was very friendly and helped us in all instances. They kept our luggage beyond check-out.

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Convenient to the Milano Centrale train station. We stayed in the adjacent building on the 7th floor. The room was small but comfortable

This is really close to central station so an easy walk even with large luggage. Not sure i would want to stay in this area otherwise... This hotel was wonderful - we had a really nice family room - that had room for our luggage and two single beds so our kids didnt have to share - they were very happy. Bathroom was clean and functional. We didnt stay here for long but really happy with it. Breakfast was really nice as well. Lots of options and nice coffee
